Through our relationship with the Harbour Hotel Group, Wildfire were recommended to Chef, restaurateur, celebrity and author Gary Rhodes to help create the identity for a new brasserie to be opened in one of the groups' hotels. Inspiration was taken from the listed building and surroundings of the Kings Hotel in Christchurch with Wildfire delivering the identity which has a familiarity of a timeless classic for Kings Rhodes. Creating a suite of menus, signage, website and numerous advertising collateral, Gary & the team were so confident in Wildfires' ability, that our services were engaged for a second new venture, Rhodes South, the UK’s first carbon positive restaurant that was built using sustainably sourced materials. Perched on the edge of the Christchurch harbour with expansive views, Rhodes South makes a subtle, environmentally-friendly design statement, which Wildfire have been proud to be associated with.
